POSE — Terms of Service

Welcome to POSE (“POSE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). POSE is an online platform that helps connect couples with wedding and engagement photographers through a curated matching process.

By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, or participating in the POSE network, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. What POSE Is

POSE is a matching and referral platform. We facilitate introductions between couples and independent photographers based on preferences, availability, and style.

POSE does not provide photography services, does not employ photographers, and is not a party to any agreement between couples and photographers.

2. User Responsibilities

By using POSE, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

  • You will communicate directly with matched photographers

  • Any contract, payment, or agreement is strictly between you and the photographer

POSE is not responsible for pricing, availability, performance, delivery, or conduct of photographers.

3. Photographer Network

Photographers who join the POSE network are independent professionals. Inclusion in the network does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of services.

POSE may remove photographers from the platform at its discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POSE is not liable for:

  • Any disputes between couples and photographers

  • Losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from photography services

  • Actions, omissions, or conduct of any user

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including branding, text, and design, is owned by POSE and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
